Tayt got Tagged

6 Things About Tayt.... and since I pretty much only blog about him. You just might know all this.

1. Tayt has to be the center of attention. I think that's normal though... he's an only child, for now. But the other day Jake was giving me a hug while telling me something. And we looked over at tayt to see him run off pouting (sp?) because he hadn't been included in the hug. Yes and since then I've only had invisionments of what he's going to do when me and Jake both are admiring his new sister.

2. His first word was Dad.. the usual. His second was Kitty. I was totally disappointed. Mom was third but a very distant third.

3. He loved his first bath at 8 days old. He didn't cry at all. I expected a fit from him. But he acted more at home and content in their.

4. He slept through the night at 2 months, and continued to be great sleeper until lately. He used to fall asleep at 9pm and sleep till 7am, eat, and then go back to bed until just before noon. I know crazy. I hear he's a true martinson. But now he's 2 and somehow he's sleeping in our bed between us. Were working on the toddler bed. Cause he just crawls right out of his crib.

5. If you know tayt you know he sucks his 2 fingers and rubs his belly button at the same time. It's his comfort. Wierd... I know but still cute to me. And since it's getting cold and he's wearing onesies again, when we are in a store and he's in a shopping cart he tries to get to my belly button. I will all of the sudden feel a cold little hand on my stomache. Not good.

6. And last of all even though he is sleeping in our bed he wakes me up every morning with a kiss. It doesn't get better then that!

It's time to get serious. I really, really don't want 2 kids in diapers!

Happy Birthday Tayton

My little man turned 2 yesterday! We had a party for him at our house. He was so excited to have everybody over. And was thrilled with each present. He gets so excited and screams with delight over pretty much any toy.

After I took this picture I had hopes and dreams that I could get a cute picture with him to. But he wasn't in the mood to cooperate after that and neither was my face. Yah I don't take the best pictures. And I'm not just saying that. It's sad but true. Some people take good ones.... some don't.

3- How did you find out that you were pregnant? I'm with you heather, the same way everybody does. You pee on the stick.

14- Did you get any outfits at the baby shower that you just knew you weren't going to put on your baby? Honestly.... I hate to admit it... but yes
15- How much weight did you gain? 35
16- Did you loose all of the weight that you gained? Yes but now I'm stackin' it right back on with this pregnancy.
17- Did you get a lot of stretch marks? a couple on my hips, but that's it. Thank Goodness. I'm crossing my fingers again.
18- What did you crave the most? Cereal and pizza
19- Did you crave anything crazy? i don't think so
20- Who or what got on your nerves the most? my boss. haha j-k i don't know
21- Were you married at the time? Of course
22- Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? I got toxcemia but thats it.
23- Where were you when you went into labor? At the hospital.... I was induced
24- Did your water break? No the doctor did it for me.
25- Who drove you to the hospital? My hubby
26- Did you go early or late? 2 weeks early
27- Who was in the room with you when you gave birth? just jake
28- Was it video taped? after he came out
29- Did you have any drugs for the pain? Epidural
30-Did you go Natural or have a c-section? Natural
31- What was your first reaction after giving birth? Whoa!! I think it was the weirdest thing in the world. It's almost as if I forgot what I was doing there. I mean obviously I knew. But I was so concentrated on pushing that when they all of the sudden plopped him on me I froze, and just stared at him.
32- How big was the baby(s)? 7lbs. 13 oz.
33- Did your Husband cry? Nope

My little Dracula

Isn't he a cute Dracula!! My mom bought Tayt his costume this year. I had looked and looked everywhere. But couldn't find anything. They all looked really cheap and dorky to me. I finally told my mom I was just going to make my own costume for Tayt and he was going to be dracula. And then she told me she just had bought my newphew a dracula costume that was cute, so she went back and got another one. And I'm taking advantage of dressing him how I want for now... until he has his own ideas on what he should wear.
Anyways He ended up with way to much candy, and can't keep his little hands out of it. And hearing him say trick or treat is so cute! We worked on it before we left the house so he could say it to everybody. And now on to christmas. I can't believe it's next month! Doesn't it seem like it was just here. I think time goes faster when you have kids.

oh and one other thing... is anybody else having issues loading pictures?? i swear they load for 10 min. before they finally pop onto here. it's bugging me!

we went trick or treating to the mall, with his cousins.

tiffany, do you see this?? i know him and branton looked exactly alike as babies. but i swear if tayt had dark hair they would still look alike. I didn't notice until I took his costume off and he just had the black curly hair. I don't think the pictures even does the similarities (sp?) justice... but even jake noticed. I swear there twins!

yes he still sucks on his 2 fingers. i dont know when it will stop.
